General terms and conditions for participation in lessons at Judo Club Judo Fritz

  1. By signing this registration form, you are registering as a member of Judo Club Judo Fritz.
Membership starts on the date of registration and is valid for a minimum duration of one calendar year (January 1st to December 31st).
  2. Membership is automatically renewed unless written cancellation is submitted to the club’s secretary before December 1st of the current calendar year.
If cancellation is not received on time, the membership will be extended by two months and then automatically continued for the following calendar year.
  3. By registering, you agree to the club’s house rules, including the policies on contribution, lessons, exams, and refunds.
  4. The contribution must be paid on time. If payment is not made, the club reserves the right to temporarily or permanently deny access to lessons.
  5. Early termination of membership does not entitle the member to a (partial) refund of the contribution.
The contribution for the full calendar year remains due, regardless of the number of lessons attended or the reason for cancellation.
  6. If the contribution is not paid on time, collection measures may be taken.
All resulting costs are the responsibility of the member (or the legal guardian in the case of minors).
  7. Wearing a clean, proper, and well-fitting judo uniform is mandatory during lessons.
An explanation of the requirements for the judo uniform can be found here: example of an approved judo uniform.
  8. The judo club and its instructors are not liable for any damage.
  9. You agree that your personal data will be included in the club’s membership administration and processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).
  10. On the registration form, separate permission is requested for the use of photos in which you (or your child) are recognizably depicted, taken during lessons, training sessions, or tournaments.
These photos may be published on the club’s website or social media, or used in brochures or publications by or about the club.
